Gas City Speedway - 4/10/2004
Gas City practice was a worth while experiance to be had. After about a six month layoff of racing during the fall and winter, It was all worth while when we rolled the 39" Competion Weld Race Chassis onto the track. The new setup that we tried for this year and the additions of having tire bleeders, and safety bar sliders now have increased the driveability of the car. The car had a positive reaction to everything that I had changed throughout the day. The addition of seeing fellow friends and drivers throughout the day was great as well. I told John Wolfe that when He passed me on the inside, I was was yelling in my helmet "Go John, Go". It's great to see John back. Next week is the first race of the season at Gas City Speedway. Visit online at www.gascityi69speedway.com. The race is on April 16, so come see us. Til next time, Gas It Up !!!
